Create a Quick Vampire Scene in Photoshop
In childhood days we have heard stories of vampires and got scared a lot. Now lets go back to that age try to depict it in Photoshop. We will try to make a scary vampire environment with minimal effort.Final result of the Vampire tutorial.

This Tutorial is for intermediate user, so I am not explaining all small things. But will cover step-by-step to reach the final.
To start we need
Stock photo for vampire makeup
For this tutorial we are going to use the photo of Ami-Lee to make the Vampire.

Lets change the hue to give a blueish twilight. Press Ctrl + U . Move the slider as shown below.
Usually the ‘moony’ nights are depicted in blue spectrum.

Now change the eye color. Select the pupil with marquee tool.
Let’s make it in greenish tone. Same Hues and Saturation menu, with following settings.

Now our base image is ready.

Lets now use a soft brush, 13px -15 px to make a dark circle around the eye.
Select Black color and change the brush settings.

Carefully run the brush around the eye. Don’t brush inside the eye. The results will be as below.

Now draw carefully few lines as shown.

Using the same technique blacken the lips also.

Make a new layer and fill it with #31425e color.

Now load the Shatter brush which we have downloaded.
Let the size be 1000 – 1200px.
Hide the cloud rendered layer for now.
Make a new layer and name it ‘brokenglass’. Move the brush to the appropriate place and click once.

Bring back the cloud rendered layer.
On the brush brokenglass layer apply a drop shadow.

Now merge (Ctrl + E) the brokenglass layer and the cloud rendered layer.Let the name be Brokenglass itself.
After merging down the layers, in the center you can see a space. Select that area and hit Delete button to remove the selection.
Now the face is seen.

Change the Opacity of the brokenglass layer to 80%.

Duplicate the brokenglass layer and change the layer blending option to multiply.
Adjust the Vampire face by rotating an bit to left.

Select the Brokenglass layer and apply some lighting effect from the Filter > Render > Lighting Effects…

Apply some blood stains by using stain brush.
The final result.
Hope You like the quick tut. You can make it far more better by adding few more steps. Do try.
Thanks!
